PactCanvas helps merchants collect acceptance for custom orders and B2B terms before a covered checkout proceeds, then keeps the resulting evidence connected to the order.
What the app does
Merchants create and publish agreement versions, choose which products or customer contexts they cover, and require the applicable signer to complete acknowledgements and a typed or drawn signature. Rules are evaluated against the current checkout so an unrelated agreement is not shown merely because another template is active.
From template to order evidence
Configure
Create order-proof or B2B terms and publish the version customers should review.
Target
Apply the template by product, eligible customer or company context, or checkout coverage.
Collect
Require acknowledgements and a typed-name or drawn signature when the rule applies.
Review
Open the order-linked record and completed PDF from Shopify Admin.
Store requirements
The app uses Shopify Admin, checkout, validation, and Online Store extension surfaces. Available placement can depend on the merchant’s Shopify plan and enabled extensions. Customer-specific B2B rules require a recognized customer or company context; they should not appear for an ineligible guest.
